Dr Jill Neilson is a British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Psychologist
(CPsychol), also having dual chartering as a Counselling and Health
Psychologist. In addition to working in the NHS, she has developed her
private practice, DJN Consultants Ltd, based in Harley Street, London
and Pinehill Hospital, Hitchin to offer a bespoke psychological
service.
All assessment and treatment is carried out by Dr
Neilson and is never contracted out, therefore you can be assured you

Psychological Consultation is a process that facilitates problem
solving for individuals, groups, and organizations, focusing on the
interactional and contextual factors in the organisation and its

Assessment of current psychological state and level of functioning.
If required the report may focus on abilities to carry out occupational

Medico-Legal Reports
The consultation involves a comprehensive assessment of the
person. Depending on the instruction psychological testing may also be
part of the assessment process. Information is drawn from other sources
e.g. GP medical notes and previous reports. If the individual agrees it
can be helpful to talk with a relative or friend. The information
gathered is used to complete the report.
