Dr Helen Cox is a consultant paediatric allergist in Harley Street, and is one of the few recognised UK specialists in paediatric allergy. She has extensive experience in assessing and treating children with a wide range of allergic diseases including food allergy, eczema, asthma, rhinitis / hayfever, drug and insect sting allergy. She also assesses children with recurrent infection where immune deficiency is suspected.

Dr Helen Cox read medicine at Cape Town University, followed by specialist training in paediatrics, immunology and allergy at Guys, Great Ormond Street and the John Radcliffe Hospital. She was awarded her medical doctorate for research into eczema genetics from the University of London.
She is Clinical Lead Consultant in Paediatric Allergy at Imperial College NHS Trust, and Clinical Course Leader for the MSC in clinical allergy.
She is an author of the NICE guideline for eczema and the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health national care pathway for children with allergic disease. She is a commissioning editor for the journal Paediatric Allergy and Immunology.
